Application： |
It can be used to make molds for mess kit, egg tray, food box, ice cream cup
and large quantity of transparent cover for blister packing.

Features： |
1. Equipped with upper and lower ceramic heaters for heating, rapidity of heating
and power saving. Divided section heater temperature adjustment controlled by
LSR switch,
can get the most even, stable and ideal temperature.
2. Adjustable forming area can save material.
3. Pre-heating type and chain feeding material can save the running time,
increasing the production.
4. The roll material cutting is adopted rodless cylinder. Safety and accuracy of
cutting transmission.
5. The machine is designed for integral process of PVC, PET, PP, PS,
PSP (ESP) etc. material with large production.
6. Vacuum forming drived by hydraulic system to get high quality formed sheets. |
